Our Website is hosted by us. We
have our own web server in house, connecting
directly to our neighbor, CAS-COM Internet
Services. CAS-COM collects no data on its
own of traffic to this web server.

We do not use cookies. We do
occasionally track anonymous website usage to
ascertain how we are found on the web, the
number of visitors per day, etc. No personal
information such as personal names, email
addresses etc. are being tracked.

pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze

its use
The Samuel Culbertson Mansion is the sole owner of the
information collected on this site. We
will not sell, rent loan, lease, give or
otherwise transfer the collected information
to anyone...ever. We do not disclose your
details to any other person without your consent
unless there is an emergency situation that
requires it or we are legally required to do so.
Credit card numbers may be
collected only in order to confirm a
reservation.
We also may collect some personal
information such as your name, phone number,
e-mail address & postal address. This is used by
our computerized reservation and billing
process. It is also used to get in touch with
you to confirm your reservation or if we have
trouble processing your request. We do store
your name, phone number, e-mail address, postal
address and the details necessary to make your
stay the most pleasant.
Whether you are a guest or just making an
inquiry, your information will not be made available to other companies
or persons for
any reason.
E-Mail
We may record your e-mail address
in our Bed and Breakfast management software
database as this is our main way of
communicating with you. We will not use your e-mail
address for any other purpose, and will not
voluntary disclose it to any third party without
your consent.
Though we make every effort to preserve
user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required
by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary
to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal
process served on our Web site.
Unless you request otherwise, you may receive a
email from us confirming a reservation, an
order, or a shipment to you (i.e. of possible
left personal belongings) or an inquiry about
the above.
Security
This Web site takes every precaution to
protect our users' information.
When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their
information is protected both online and off-line.
When the user is
asked to enter sensitive information
(such as credit card number), your information is encrypted and is protected with the
best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page,
such as our reservation or order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such
as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as
opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just 'surfing'.

In the unlikely event we decide to change our privacy policy,
we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and
other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what
information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if
any, we disclose it.
